The vehicle is Air-conditioned but due to the offroad, and uphill roads some areas’ A/C will be low or off.
Vehicle follows the mentioned itinerary if any sightseeing needs to be changed or added to the Sport additional charge is applied with instant information to the guest or team leader.
Rates are valid till 30th September 2024 only.
Any additional expenses incurred due to flight cancellation or delay, natural disaster, etc., must be paid directly by the tourist.
All rates and bookings are subject to availability and change.
Tour confirmation is only on receipt of 50% advance payment and operates after full payment before Arrival.

If due to special circumstances we are unable to provide the specified hotel, we will provide a comparable hotel.
– A condition of visiting all museums in the program is that they must remain open on the day of the visit as specified by the competent authorities.
– All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are net of all government taxes and service charges. However, since Nepal’s accounting system is based on the VAT system, additional taxes such as GST are not included in the package.
– Bank charges for transferring the amount to our Nepali bank account are not included in the fees we stipulate.
Single travellers are subject to a surcharge.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
– If the proposed package includes flights, helicopters, Abhishek Puja, transfers, permits, adventure activities, etc., cancellations and rebookings will be processed as per their respective terms and conditions.
– Rebooking before 15 days before arrival: An additional 10% of the package cost or INR 5,000 (whichever is higher) will be charged, along with the above mentioned charges, if applicable.
– Rebooking between 15 to 7 days before arrival: An additional 20% of the package cost or INR 7,500 (whichever is higher) will be charged, along with the charges at the first point, if applicable.
– Rebooking between 7 to 4 days before arrival: An additional 40% of the package cost or INR 10,000 (whichever is higher) will be charged, along with the charges at the first point, if applicable.
– Rebooking within 4 days before arrival: The deposit is non-refundable. The guest will have to repay the deposit again.
– In case of rebooking of the trip, the updated charges will be applied as per the new arrival date.
– In case of rebooking, the payment amount is valid for up to 180 days, which means you must travel with us within the next 180 days. If you do not complete your trip within 180 days, the deposit or full payment will be automatically forfeited and will not be refunded.
– Cancellation 30 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded minus fees (if applicable) in accordance with point 1.
– Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 25% of the deposit will be refunded minus fees (if applicable) in accordance with point 1.
– Cancellation within 14 days before arrival: the deposit or full amount will not be refunded.
– Cancellation on or after the start date: neither the deposit nor the full amount will be refunded.
– In case of cancellation or no-show by a group member, the full invoiced amount must be paid within 7 days before arrival or during the trip without deductions.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrival in Kathmandu - Upon arrival, you will be met, assisted and transferred to your hotel by our airport representative. Welcome drink at the hotel followed by a briefing on the program. In the evening you will be able to visit the Thamel area, casinos and clubs on your own. Overnight at your hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 2: Full-day Sightseeing Tour
After breakfast and early morning activities, the full-day sightseeing tour begins. Visit Kathmandu, Swayambhunath Stupa, Boudhanath Stupa and Pashupatinath Temple. Overnight at your hotel in Kathmandu.
Kathmandu City: The heart of Nepal, Kathmandu City is a vivid combination of ancient traditions and modern life. The busy streets are lined with ornate temples, markets and historical sites. The UNESCO World Heritage Site of Durbar Square showcases the city's rich cultural heritage with its palaces, courtyards and temples.
Swayambhunath Stupa: Often referred to as the "Monkey Temple," Swayambhunath Stupa is an ancient hilltop stupa. The bright white dome is adorned with the gaze of the Buddha, symbolizing enlightenment and wisdom. From here you can enjoy panoramic views of the city and its surroundings.
Boudhanath Stupa: One of the largest stupas in the world, Boudhanath Stupa is the center of Tibetan Buddhism in Nepal. The towering white dome is adorned with colorful prayer flags, and the area is surrounded by monasteries and shops selling religious artifacts. Pilgrims and tourists circle the stupa to pray by turning prayer wheels.
Pashupatinath Temple: This revered Hindu temple complex is located on the banks of the sacred Bagmati River. It is dedicated to Lord Shiva in the form of Pashupatinath, the king of animals. The temple's intricate architecture and the rituals performed here give an insight into Hindu spirituality and funeral practices.
Day 3: Departure
After breakfast and early morning activities, transfer to the international airport for your onward flight.
