Subsidy For Kailash Mansarovar Yatra  2023, 2024 for Indian Citizen

All the spiritually inclined individuals in India or Overseas locations aim to Visit Kailash Mansarovar once in life time . The Government of India has granted permission to the state government to allow subsidy and tax benefits to the various pilgrims who are inclined to travel to the pious spiritual locations based upon their belief. One of them is Kailash mansarovar Yatra where pilgrims get subsidy benefits for the Yatra where the state government supports the pilgrim by providing subsidy. The procedure is simple where you fill the subsidy form and also upload few papers like copy of visa, permit , stamped passport, Yatra  Completion Certificate etc., therefore it is advisable to understand the formalities before travelling so that you do not miss out on anything and claim subsidy amount from the government comfortably

Tamil Nadu Government Kailash Yatra Subsidy: Tamil Nadu’s government has decided to give a subsidy of INR50,000 where pilgrim subsidy will be divided into 2 parts INR40,000 for the Kailash yatra and INR10,000 for Muktinath . Initially there were a limited number of beneficiaries but on witnessing a positive response, the beneficiaries number is increasing day by day .  Ever since It is announced and awareness is increasing amongst the pilgrims about the Yatra and Subsidy claims

 Rajasthan Government Kailash Yatra Subsidy : Those holding the domicile Address of Rajasthan and claiming for the Subsidy of INR1 lakh by Rajasthan Government shall get the same once they complete the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra. By any chance the number of pilgrims for this category extends beyond the limit, then the Government opts for the lottery system.

Chhattisgarh Government Kailash Yatra Subsidy : The Government of Chhattisgarh is not only focusing on sharing the subsidy sum of INR 25,000 to the Kailash Yatra Pilgrims, but apart from that they are also supporting free pilgrimage service to old residents of their state with the  aged 60 years or above for travelling to varied pilgrimage sites located outside Chhattisgarh and this scheme was nodded from December 04, 2012.

Delhi Government Kailash Yatra Subsidy : Subsidy and settlements Delhi’s government, are under  the scheme Mukhyamantri Tirth Yatra Yojana that is facilitating a subsidy of Rs 30,000 to the pilgrims who have travelled to the divine location of Kailash Mansarovar . This scheme was put forward by the Revenue Department & was further approved by the cabinet under which there will be a permit to support the pilgrimage to 1100 senior citizens who belong to the Assembly Constituency every year.

Karnataka Government Kailash Yatra Subsidy : People of Karnataka are eligible for the subsidy of Kailash Mansarovar Yatra for INR35000 & that too within three months of journey’s completion. For the Settlements – you will have to complete the documents like application form , first and last page of the passport , Yatra completion certificate, list of the yatris who were present in your batch during the tour, blank cancelled cheque, ID Card , Self-attested affidavit, Manasarovar tickets, invoice etc.

Gujarat Government Kailash Yatra Subsidy : Gujrat Residents holding domicile passport of Gujrat can claim INR20,000 with the application form and other enclosures like passport, permit and visa copy & Yatra completion certificate within 3 months of the Yatra completion

Haryana Government Kailash Yatra Subsidy : Haryana state government facilitates a subsidy of Rs 50,000 to its domicile residents who travelled to  Kailash Mansarovar. This scheme is called the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra Scheme, 2016 and was commenced right from April, 2016 and thus, any of the pilgrims who visited Kailash Mansarovar  Yatra can claim for the subsidy by the government immediately after they return from the Yatra.  The claim is either the financial sharing of Rs 50,000 or half of your tour expenditure (depending on whichever is lesser in calculation).

Uttarakhand Government Kailash Yatra Subsidy : Initially Pilgrims with the domicile identity of Uttrakhand were granted INR25000 and now state government have increased the amount to INR30,000  Local community and pilgrims are requesting government to increase the subsidy amount to double and extend the share to other pilgrimage routes within  and outside India

Uttar Pradesh  Government Kailash Yatra Subsidy : Initially The subsidy sum was INR50,000 and with the new chief minister Yogi Adityanath the sum is increased to One Lakh similar to that of Rajasthan government

Madhya Pradesh Government Kailash Yatra Subsidy : Madhya Pradesh government is extending subsidy share of INR30,000 to the pilgrims bound to Kailash mansarovar and other locations like Sita Mandir in Srilanka , , Angkor Wat in Cambodia, Hinglaj Mata temple in Pakistan, as well as the Nankana Sahib Shrine (Sikh).
